We set out to change how photographers, news agencies, and photo agencies deal with unlicensed photography on the web. We are working for a future in which copyright violations can be turned into predictable revenue by turning infringers into customers.

WE ♥ GREAT PHOTOGRAPHY
We use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to define where we want to go and to objectively measure our progress. We combine this great clarity of goals with great autonomy in figuring out ways to achieve them.
We’re constantly learning and improving. We like to develop new skills as a company and as individuals. We don’t accept the status quo. Even if we’ve created it. We love questions that start with “What if…?”
We want parents to succeed at PIXRAY without having to make tough choices between work and family. Parents need flexibility. That is easy to achieve with the great alignment, good communication, and clear responsibilities in our team. Being family friendly makes us a better place to work for everyone.
We value rigour and sound arguments over seniority and strong opinions. Our culture of intellectually honest discourse is the basis of the technological quantum leaps we are capable of. Sure, it can be heated sometimes – but we enjoy to push our boundaries with highest-quality thinking.
